The last few days were picture perfect, but we all know its not over yet even thou the flowers and people are coming back to life.
I took this picture of the Clock Tower around the corner from where i live and it actually does Chime on the hour, i don't know about on the half hour, it was chiming 3 o'clock as i took the picture and i didnt even plan it that way, still snow on the ground a few weeks ago and i have a friend, "believe it or not" , i do have friends, but they are all spread out all over the United States now, but she brought me cheer when she sent the picture of the Mini Wild Roses that grow in her backyard in Houston, TX., and of course our wonderful Goodyear Blimp that tools around like no care in the world which would be what i want to have "no cares".
Well, back to the world of the literally blue collar working atmosphere tomorrow, doom and gloom it is. I actually came into the Postal World 13 years ago on St Patrick's Day!!
Hard to believe it's been 13 years already... wow.
ReplyDeleteBe happy you guys didn't get another snowstorm this weekend, like we did yesterday. But I really cannot complain. It has been such a mild winter in Kansas this year, unlike the winter you guys have had! :-0
