Everyone seems to have a different way of handling their energy levels and finding a simple way isnt always easy, but when you are on the go alot and sometimes not able to eat on a schedule like most people i keep these with me for a filler until i am able to eat the nutrients we all need. I still have those tablet samples you gave me, I need to try them, ESPECIALLY now that I am working... I have been exhausted at the end of a full shift. Guess I'm not used to working. LOL
