If you have seen some of the prior postings of my progress I will be finding some time to go one step further in developing what took me almost 20 years of my previous residence, but I guess that's why they say take one day at a time and it will all fall into place.This is definitely a long process but it will be well appreciated when i can sit back and look at all that has transpired. Some people can do everything all at once but others take a little longer but OH WELL!! I am one of those that will be taking a little longer, hmmm!!
The concrete block walls sure don't do any justice for a backdrop on the flower beds. Hopefully a brick foundation look is in the future (no decisions made thus far).
I can't imagine any building here until bobcat and truckloads of sand, gravel, and more gravel were rolling in and out but the contractors were building faster than i could keep up with keeping the camera in hand, but it is all well worth the time and money to put it all together, only one small problem, (now I can't see the Alpaca farm) which is behind this mammoth pole building.
The septic system is working fine now as you may have seen in the previous posting an additional curtain drain was put in place for reasons of small backup at the divertor box, YUK!! I had my share of a sub pump and a concrete cover falling and splattering mud and whatever else you can imagine entering into a septic and out to the drain fields, something needed to be done.
